Dr Bollacher is a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law and a partner in the law firm RB Reiserer Biesinger Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Heidelberg. There he advises companies and entrepreneurs on commercial law, distribution law, company law and all questions of business law as well as (corporate) succession. He conducts and accompanies negotiations and mediations and drafts, reviews and revises contracts of all kinds.

Dr. Bollacher teaches female students at the University of Heidelberg on drafting contracts for lawyers as part of their lawyer-oriented legal training. He is a member of the Scientific Association for Corporate and Company Law (VGR) and the German Association of Lawyers and Tax Consultants for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (DASV). (DASV), where he gives further training for lawyers (m/f/d) in areas of commercial law and distribution law.
