Austeja is responsible for Customer Experience and Strategie at Building Minds. Before working at Building Minds she was a Consultant at Garrison Marketing Group, a strategic marketing consultancy. She has experience in multiple countries (Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Turkey, Romania, Hungary, Switzerland, Lithuania, Norway, Italy, France, Portugal, Germany etc.). She has led project teams and been primarily involved in developing & implementing customer driven growth initiatives in pharmaceutical and medical devices markets as well as FMCG, insurance, fashion & retail markets with both local & international companies such us Sanofi-Aventis, Carlsberg, Unicer, ING-Insurance, IKEA, Solen, TINE, Moods Of Norway, Norwegian Olympic Committee and eMag among others.
Austeja’s areas of expertise includes brand value diagnostics, psychographic consumers segmentation & profiling, high value consumer targeting, brand strategy, communication strategy and creative execution support. She also teaches as a guest lecturer at Polish Academy of Science, Corvinus University in Hungary and Maastricht School of Management.
